A Nigerian teenager, Malcolm Mide-Madariola, 17, who resides in Peckham, was killed in Balham Hill outside Clapham South station, London on Friday.
Mide-Madariola was stabbed outside a Tube station.
It was gathered that he died in hospital following the stabbing, this was confirmed by the London Police, the incident happened after “an altercation between two small groups of young males” the case is under investigation and no arrest has been made yet.
Inspector John Massey said he “didn’t believe” anyone involved had travelled on the Tube.
There were a large number of people present when emergency services arrived at the scene,” he said.
“Although many have come forward, I want to ensure that we have spoken to all potential witnesses,”
Floral tributes have now been left near to the spot where Malcolm was stabbed.
Malcolm became the second teenager to be stabbed within 24 hours in South London.
He was a student at a college in Clapham, before his demise, many friends and schoolmates habe left flowers at the station where he was stabbed expressing their condolences.
Jay Hughes, 15, died on Thursday night after being stabbed in a chicken shop in Randlesdown Road, Bellingham. No arrests have been made in that murder investigation as well.
